Shipping


We appreciate you choosing to purchase your equipment from HealthCare International! Once your order is processed, the average delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location and, the dealer that you have purchased from.

Your order will either ship via UPS or Freight depending on the size of the equipment you have purchased. You can locate the shipment method for your unit at the bottom of the specific product page.


UPS Shipments: Your order will be delivered directly to your door! A UPS Tracking Number will be assigned to your shipment so that you can track its progress and confirm delivery. Equipment shipped via UPS can easily fit through your door.


Freight Shipments:Your order will be delivered to your house in a large freight truck. A tracking number will be assigned to your shipment and, before delivery the freight company will contact you to arrange an appointment time. The freight company will deliver your equipment to a covered area such as a garage or porch. Please note the freight company is not responsible for moving the unit into your home or facility. In addition, the freight company will not assist with the assembly of your unit or disposal of the packaging. If you need these services be sure to purchase “white glove” delivery when placing an order with a dealer.


Assembly


While most of our units come partially assembled please review the assembly requirements described on the specific product page for the machine you are purchasing. All of our products come with a tool set and, instructions for assembly can be found in the user manual.


Optional White-Glove Assembly


If needed, white-glove delivery service can be arranged with a third party installer. White-glove delivery is ideal for customers who require someone to bring the product inside their home, assemble the unit, and dispose of the packaging.


Serial Number


Our products are labeled with serial numbers to help track sales and service requests. The serial number for your product is usually located on the back of the unit or near the plug.


Return Policy

Only products purchased within 30 days directly from HealthCare International can be returned to us. All returns must be in the original packaging (including pallet) and in a re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a return. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the delivery address.

When purchasing from a dealer their specific company return policies apply, and may vary.
