"Assembly went well. We had a couple of head-scratching moments but found a video which gave us the "aha!" that we needed. Seating is very comfortable. Can really feel the shoulder and upper arm rotation. . . . love that! Also like that movement can be either forward or reverse motion. . . . I break up my session into 5 minute segments each direction and it seems to fly by. Digital monitoring took a few minutes to figure out, but pretty simple overall. VERY satisfied with this product! So pleased that we upgraded our old recumbent bike. Absolutely worth the price!"

Good rehab bike with limited user instructions.

"Instructions are not very detailed on how to use the programs. The heart monitor only works on scan. No instructions on how to use other programs. The straps for pedals need to be wider for a 12d shoe. Can you send me user instructions that detail step by step on the programs and how to access them?"

I had used the bike

"I had used the bike during physical therapy and was so impressed by the quality and performance I purchased one for home use when arthritis ended my running career. Took a couple hours to assemble but worked perfectly when finally put together. Great for warming up, recovering from injury or aerobic workouts. Expensive but worth it."

"I am pleased to write how satisfied I am with your product, it performs just as well as a more expensive units that I had used at my local rehab center. Upon upon the equipment arriving assembly was very easy step by step instructions were fantastic and very easy to understand. The machine itself is attractive, does not take up as much room as you might think. The operation of the machine is very smooth very quiet. Overall the equipment has inspired me to maintain a regular fitness program. The only thing I think that could use improvement would be the instructions on the computer programming a little more detailed. Sincerely David rude"

"I've been riding everyday since putting it together, which wasn't bad at all. I love the work it puts on my shoulders, it's helping so much with my pain, I was using pain creams in the past, I'm no longer dependent on the cream. Seems to be built well, I hope it will hold up to my workouts."

Satisfied customers but would recommend purchasing assembly sevice .

"We bought the PhysioCycle XT-800 recumbent bike and upper body cycle as both of us are in our 80's and need to get moving without the hassle of going to the gym or physical therapy. This is a great unit that allows us to get a workout any time of the day. The unit was delivered with a damaged box and once we got it assembled we realized that there is a large scrape in the upright portion. After the hassle of assembly we decided not to ask for replacement of the damaged part. One of us has lost the use of his left arm and the other has limited motion of a shoulder due to surgery and does not have mechanical experience. Final assembly of the remaining 15% (it comes 85% assembled) is not difficult if you don't have any physical limitations or mechanical skill limitations. We survived the experience but chose not to jeopardize our long marriage by attempting a replacement of the damaged part! Overall this was a great purchase and we hope it provides a long period of service without any problems."
