Unweighting systems take part of a patient's body weight off the legs so they can practice walking with harness support and less load. Clinics use them for gait training in neurological, orthopedic and sports rehab.

The PhysioGait dynamic unweighting system controls unweighting, posture and balance at the same time, over a treadmill or on a firm floor. Its harnesses support one or both sides of the body and let therapists move a patient gradually from fully unloaded to fully loaded. Available as the PG-360 and PG-600.

Pair it with a rehabilitation treadmill for body-weight-supported treadmill training: the PhysioMill (0.1 MPH start, reverse belt, 500 lb capacity) or the RehabMill (0.1 MPH start, 400 lb capacity).
