Recumbent Cross Trainers for Physical Therapy and Cardiac Rehabilitation

Recumbent cross trainers give patients a seated, low-impact workout for the arms and legs at the same time. The stable recumbent position makes them a safe choice for deconditioned patients and patients with balance concerns, making them a staple in physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation.

Choose the leg motion that fits your patients: linear stepping, elliptical, or circular pedaling. Most models feature a 20" swivel seat for easy transfers, a reclining seat back, and weight capacities up to 450 lbs. For cardiac rehab, most models display Watts and METs and include contact heart rate and heart rate control programs.
