"Excellent Commercial Grade Stepper. Well designed and easy to use. Smooth quiet operation with many features for the workout of your choice. Works just like the one I used in Cardiac Rehab. Hci stands behind their claim of Product Quality and Customer Service being their number one goal!"
"BETTER THAN A "NU-STEP", WHICH I USED WHEN MY INSURANCE PAID FOR CARDIAC REHAB, AND $1500 LESS WITH MORE FEATURES. WHEN THE INSURANCE COVERAGE RAN OUT IN ONLY 12 WEEKS, 3 DAYS A WEEK, I DECIDED TO BUY MY "PHYSIO-STEP". MY WIFE AND I BOTH USE OUR "PHYSIO-STEP" EVERY DAY, NOT JUST 3 DAYS A WEEK. I HAVE NEUROPATHY, A PACEMAKER AND BYPASS SURGERY, AND MY WIFE HAS HAD A KNEE REPLACEMENT, AND THIS IS VERY HELPFUL. I'M REALLY GLAD WE BOUGHT OUR "PHYSIO-STEP" LXT RECUMBENT LINEAR CROSS TRAINER."
"Excellent machine, easy assembly, and very quick delivery. Machine is excellent work out and I don't have to go to gym."
"Strap left foot broke metal clasp 1 st week Would like instructions to work different muscles Would like to see resistance displayed same side as up and down arrows Guide how to set up for height"
"Very good"
"Love this solid piece of equipment. We did not put the arms on since we are primarily using this for the legs. The shipping was fast and delivery company was great. The only complaint I have is the email I was sent by HCI said tracking would be available within 24 hours and it was not and the phone number to the delivery company was wrong because I am in Louisiana and they use a different delivery company. I use this machine daily and my husband uses it often as well. The different levels of resistance are great to ensure you get a good workout. Machine is quiet."
"I have used this elliptical for three years and just purchased a new one. I'm 74 years old and in the best physical condition in decades thanks to this elliptical. Customer support has been excellent."
"My wife after just a week, established a routine that has her using the trainer 7 days a week. She is slowly increasing the time spent on her use, and it has been very effective in her feeling much better and in control. Very glad we made the purchase."
"Super easy to set up and use. Quality is top of the line"
"Heel of foot petals has protruding ridge that causes rubbing injuries to heels"
