Free Shipping on New Products
We offer free shipping in the lower 48 States on select products. *Excludes CardioMed Treadmills and Reck MOTOmed products. Free Shipping into your garage or to a flat pallet jack accessible area. Most HCI Fitness products ship on a pallet and are 85% assembled at the factory and have wheels for easy transport. All of the tools needed for assembly are included.
Please note that the freight company cannot enter your residence. If you live in an apartment building, the freight company will bring your shipment into the main entrance in most cases.

Freight Shipments:
If you have other tracking listed, Oak Harbor Freight Lines (www.oakh.com) is handling your shipment. The regional partner freight company will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives to your local shipping terminal. You can find out the approximate day of delivery by calling 1-800-858-8815 24 hours after your order ships.
UPS Shipments:
Your order will be delivered directly to your door! A UPS Tracking Number will be assigned to your shipment so that you can track its progress and confirm delivery. Equipment shipped via UPS can easily fit through your door.

Return and Refund Policy
New Product-
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction 30-day guarantee. Customer must pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. All packaging must be intact, and the product returned in good condition. HCI Fitness reserves the right to make final determinations of all returns.
Please call (206) 739-5400 or e-mail us at orders@hcifitness.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to shipping your product back to us. Products will not be accepted without prior authorization and the RMA number must be written on the box.
Returns must be sent to HCI Fitness at the owner's expense. If applicable, white glove assembly costs will not be refunded.
Packages must be returned freight prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend insuring the package. All returns must be in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund.
Please call us or email as soon as possible to ensure the quickest handling of your request. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
