How Will My Order Ship
Oversized Item: Shipping into your garage or to a flat pallet jack accessible area. Most HCI Fitness products ship on a pallet and are 85% assembled at the factory and have wheels for easy transport. All of the tools needed for assembly are included.
Please note that the freight company cannot enter your residence. If you live in an apartment building, the freight company will bring your shipment into the main entrance in most cases.
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Once shipped your transit time is 3-14 days leaving from Washington State. You will be contacted by the freight company to schedule the delivery appointment prior to the actual delivery day.

Seat Comfort Doesn't Compare to the NuStep
"I use a NuStep at PT that I love. I decided to purchase the LXT-7000 for home use after reading great reviews. It is a very nice cross trainer with great features and well built, but the comfort of the seat and back does not compare to the NuStep. The seat and back cushions are much firmer and the tilt does not adjust to a level that I can comfortably ride for over 30min without experiencing lower back soreness. I do not have back issues. It's a very expensive piece of equipment that I wish was slightly smaller and more comfortable like the NuStep. I gave it 3 stars because of size and comfort, but it's features and build are top quality."

"Love this solid piece of equipment. We did not put the arms on since we are primarily using this for the legs. The shipping was fast and delivery company was great. The only complaint I have is the email I was sent by HCI said tracking would be available within 24 hours and it was not and the phone number to the delivery company was wrong because I am in Louisiana and they use a different delivery company. I use this machine daily and my husband uses it often as well. The different levels of resistance are great to ensure you get a good workout. Machine is quiet."
